Investigators: Gilboa man set fire to own home, lied to collect insurance (WRGB Albany)

COBLESKILL — A Schoharie County man has been arrested on insurance fraud and arson charges for setting fire to his own mobile home and claiming insurance on it last October, the State Insurance Department said Friday.
